Raquel

Raquel brings the perfect amount of sass and sweetness to our team.
The beauty industry sucked her in at a young age. She began as a salon
receptionist through high school and continued there while attending
college to become a midwife. While attending college she became
pregnant with her first child. At that point, she was persuaded to give
Cosmetology a try, and it was a perfect fit!

Raquel has extensive continued education and believes in detailed
consultations to achieve her client’s hair goals. Her attention to detail,
time management and professionalism make her a phenomenal stylist.

In August of 2022 Raquel’s family was offered an amazing opportunity
in Alaska. Her husband received a great promotion, so they decided to
move. This position might be temporary, so Raquel has decided to
continue working at Bellissimo! She flies here roughly every 6 weeks
for a long weekend, so she can keep her relationships with her lovely clients.

Specialties include: highlighting in many different styles (Balyage,
Babylights, Foilayage, etc.), reds, curly textures, and face/body waxing.
